In order to celebrate the long overdue warmth, I thought I'd hold another read-a-ton of books contest. This contest will last a month and will be updated here every week. Please read the following about the prizes and free Blog Explosion credits!

Read-a-ton is a reading contest that I hold periodicly on this blog where the goal is to read the most books possible within the set deadline. I hold this contest in order to promote the benefits of reading such as 1) great entertainment, 2) to enrich vocabulary and 3) to add to the cultural, political, economical and emotional baggage we all carry.

READING GUIDELINES

Novels of any genre are accepted
Poetry anthologies or books are accepted if read in full.
Short-stories anthologies or books are accepted if read in full. Otherwise, this rule applies 8-10 (depending on length) short-stories=1 book
If you travel a lot and you listen to your books in your car that also counts (even if its not quite reading)
